Açmasi

 Hi Everyone 

Yesterday i saw a video of Turkish bread called * Açmasi * on a YouTuber channel and it's so lovely and i decided to try it, i will put the pictures of my bread and the link of the video below.

Here's my recipe: 

I divide the dough to small balls 

I do it with the roller 

I added melted butter with brush

Added white chess 

I roll it like that 

Then close it like circle

Put it in the nonstick pan and put egg on top

After i get it from oven and this is the look from inside
